Working With Us:
Upon engagement of our services, we will arrange a 1.5-hour Engagement Consultation
with you where our Principal Consultant will review your current business structure, workflows, and operations. During this session, our Consultant will also discuss where you see the business going and how you see AroFlo assisting you to get there.
Upon conclusion of the Engagement Consultation, we will prepare an Estimate for your
review outlining what services we can provide that will best assist you to achieve your
businesses goals. If you would like an even more comprehensive outline of the path we
recommend to achieve success, our consultants can prepare a fully outlined
Recommendation Summary for your review. Within this document we will review the
workflows and operational elements discussed at the meeting, itemise the goals of the
business, and provide a recommended path to achieve those goals including future consultations, training, and/or data support as needed. This summary will serve as the roadmap to achieving the results discussed and provide you with an overview of how we would approach and resolve the issues and challenges your business is facing.
Although this is not required for every business, small businesses especially may find this to be the easiest “guide” for doing it themselves.
